We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend, to the following countries:

There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
⚡ Priority Processing — $9.95 AUD
Want your order prepared sooner?
For an additional $9.95 AUD, you can select our optional Priority Processing service at checkout.
Priority Processing places your order ahead of standard orders in our fulfilment queue, helping it get prepared and dispatched sooner.
Please note: Priority Processing is not express shipping and does not guarantee an earlier delivery date. Standard delivery estimates still apply once your order has been dispatched.

🏬 Order Fulfilment
To provide reliable international shipping, Carlow & Friends works with trusted fulfilment partners and warehouses in different locations.
Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be dispatched from an international fulfilment centre.
This allows us to maintain product availability and deliver orders across our supported countries.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier's system.
📩 Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
